Dr. Matthew Lutz

Despite calling Philadelphia, PA home, Dr. Matthew Lutz actually moved every two to three years as an "Army brat" during his youth. Born in Germany, Dr. Lutz spent various amounts of time in numerous states and countries, including places such as Hawaii and Belgium. Dr. Lutz earned his BS degree from California University of Pennsylvania where he balanced academics with four years of varsity athletics as a college baseball player. He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at the Ohio University regional training site at Affinity Medical Center in Massillon, Ohio.

Dr. Lutz runs a private practice in Stow and Uniontown, and is currently accepting new patients. He performs surgeries at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls, and is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Lutz is on the medical staff at Western Reserve Hospital, Summa Health System, Akron General Medical Center and Akron Children's Medical Center where he specializes in the practice of pediatric ear, nose and throat disorders, as well as allergy, sinus, sleep apnea, hearing disorders, balance disorders, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, thyroid and salivary gland disorders and speech and swallowing disorders.
